Mr. Berry is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Transamerica
Investment Group, Inc., and SkyCargo Solutions, Inc. Through
these vehicles, equipment leasing services have been provided
to business clients both domestic and foreign since 1997.
Clients include both small and large businesses in a wide
range of diversified industries including medical, financial
services, aviation and manufacturing. Mr. Berry has founded
and managed a wide range of financial and real estate related
businesses during his professional career. Highlights include
consulting services, investment advisory and other services
specializing in the area of securities, real estate and numerous
other finically related matters. In addition, he has also
been actively involved as a principal in numerous business
and real estate ventures that include residential, commercial
and multi-family projects.

President & COO: Bryan W. Johnston
Mr. Johnston, an aviation professional with thirty-three years
of extensive experience within the industry, is the President
& CEO and equity owner of Aviation World Services Inc.,
an International aviation consulting firm, and the CEO and
equity owner of Jetco Aviation Inc., a new corporate jet management
and charter services provider. He is a results oriented, highly
motivated and accomplished Senior Aviation executive, with
outstanding business and leadership expertise working within
corporate, commercial and government areas of aviation. He
possesses an excellent record of achievement and advancement
earned through demonstrated contributions made by being collaborative,
responsive, team oriented and highly energetic along with
a solid commitment to motivating and developing subordinates.
Mr. Johnston is experienced in complex and high profile undertakings,
and possesses a solid reputation as a creative, principled
organizer and leader who consistently achieves goals and objectives
